Terms of Service

These terms explain how Start Wise Plan works, what you get when you buy a plan, and what we can and cannot promise. Please read them before you buy. By using the website or buying a plan you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

Start Wise Plan is operated by Start Wise Plan ("we", "us"). You can reach us at orders@startwiseplan.com.

2. What Start Wise Plan does

Start Wise Plan helps beginners find a business idea that fits them and sells a written, step-by-step startup plan for that idea.

Free: a quiz and a result page with matching business ideas and a preview of the plan.
Paid: a one-time purchase of a personal startup plan (Basic, Standard or Pro). What each level includes is shown on the result page before you pay.

A plan is a digital document shown on a private web page and, where possible, sent to your email. It is not a subscription, coaching, consulting or a done-for-you service.

You must be at least 18 years old to buy a plan.

3. AI-written content

Your ideas, personal notes and plan are written with the help of artificial intelligence (Claude, by Anthropic), based on your quiz answers. We design the instructions carefully and check that plans are complete, but AI can still make mistakes: costs, prices, tools, suppliers, rules or local requirements may be outdated, approximate or wrong for your area. Always check important facts yourself before you spend money or sign anything.

4. No guarantees, no professional advice

We do not guarantee any income, profit or business success. Results depend on your effort, skills, time, money, market, location and many things outside our control. Most new businesses take longer and cost more than expected, and some fail.

Match scores, cost ranges, timelines and example numbers are estimates and illustrative examples, not promises or predictions. Plans are general educational information. They are not financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting or professional advice. Speak to a qualified professional before making important decisions. See also our Income Disclaimer.

5. Your responsibilities

Give honest answers in the quiz. A plan can only be as personal as the answers behind it.
Do not enter sensitive personal information (health, financial account numbers, ID numbers) in the open text fields. They are not needed.
Before you start a business, check and follow the rules where you live: business registration, licenses, permits, insurance, taxes, safety and consumer rules.
You decide whether to act on a plan, and you are responsible for your own decisions, spending and business.

6. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars on the result page before you pay. The price charged is the one shown at checkout. It is a one-time payment.
Launch prices are reduced from our regular prices and end on the date shown on the result page. After that date the regular prices apply. We never show a crossed-out price we do not actually use as our regular price.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Depending on your country, your bank may charge currency conversion fees. Sales taxes or VAT are applied where required.

7. Delivery

Your plan starts being written automatically as soon as Stripe confirms your payment. It is usually ready within a few minutes. You get it on a private page (the link shown after payment) and by email to the address you used at checkout. Keep that link and email: anyone with the link can open your plan. If your plan is not ready within 24 hours, contact us at orders@startwiseplan.com and we will fix it or refund you.

8. Right of withdrawal (EU and UK consumers)

If you live in the EU or the UK, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content, this right ends once delivery starts, if you agreed to that. Before checkout we ask you to tick a box confirming that you want us to start writing your plan right away and that you understand you lose the right of withdrawal once the plan is delivered. If you do not tick it, you cannot buy. This does not affect our Refund Policy or your rights if the plan is faulty or not delivered.

9. Refunds

Refunds are described in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country.

10. How you may use your plan

Your plan is for your own personal use and for running your own business. You may print it, save it and share it with a business partner, adviser or family member. You may not resell it, publish it, or use our website or plans to build a competing product. The website, its design, texts and the plan format belong to us. The ideas and business you build from the plan are yours.

11. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website: no automated scraping or bulk requests, no attempts to break security or get plans without paying, no unlawful content in text fields, and no buying with someone else's payment method without permission. We may block access or cancel an order (with a refund where appropriate) if this happens.

12. Third-party products and links

Plans may mention tools, platforms, suppliers or websites run by others. We are not connected to them and are not paid to recommend them unless we clearly say so. Their prices and terms can change. You use them under their own terms.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for anything related to the website or a plan is limited to the amount you paid for that plan. We are not liable for lost profits, lost income, business losses or decisions you make based on a plan. We provide the website "as is" and cannot promise it will always be available or error-free.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, for example for gross negligence, intentional misconduct, or your mandatory consumer rights.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in your local courts. Please contact us first; most problems can be solved quickly by email. EU consumers may also contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority of Lithuania (vvtat.lrv.lt) for out-of-court dispute resolution.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when we add features or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. The terms that applied when you bought a plan continue to apply to that purchase.
